Local Community rate
Use by members of the community where a clear social benefit can be demonstrated and arranged through paid or voluntary service.
Private rate
Use of a facility by a private individual or group for its own benefit. (e.g. Weddings, private parties etc).
Business rate
Use by a business or other body for its own purpose.
Special rate
An agreed discretionary rate resulting from a Concessions Policy. Note (Where a business operates an event or activity that is open to the whole community the kitchen hire might be charged at one rate and the room(s) charged at another).
